Dark Regions Press, LLC and DarkRegions.com Refund Policy

By visiting our website and/or doing business with Dark Regions Press, LLC you agree to our Terms of Service

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that Dark Regions Press, LLC has accurate and current shipping information by updating the address listed in their customer account in the MY ACCOUNT section and using the correct shipping address for each order placed. 

By placing any orders or any preorders or any transactions or any communications through Dark Regions Press, LLC which is a limited liability company you agree and understand that your orders/preorders/transactions/communications are strictly with Dark Regions Press, LLC and not with any of the individual LLC members, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors. 

Dark Regions Press, LLC and/or any of its members/officers/workers/affiliates are not responsible for package(s) once they are in the possession of the designated mail courier (USPS/UPS/DHL etc.). If a package is delivered to the wrong address, stolen, damaged or lost as a result of actions by the mail courier(s) or customer(s), you agree that Dark Regions Press, LLC and/or any of its members/officers/workers/affiliates are not responsible.

If an order or product offering like a bundle/mystery box is partially fulfilled to the customer but the customer wants a refund, the products/items/merchandise already fulfilled to the customer must be returned to Dark Regions Press in the same condition that they were shipped to the customer before a refund can be issued. In some circumstances Dark Regions Press might arrange a partial refund/credit to the customer based on the products/items/merchandise not yet fulfilled from the order or product offering. 

If a customer receives a damaged item(s) or wrong item(s) we encourage the customer to contact Dark Regions Press, LLC as soon as possible. We reserve the right to issue refunds for any order via gift card/store credit. 

Payment processing fees that Dark Regions Press, LLC incurred/was charged when a customer first placed the applicable order(s) will be deducted from the refund amounts to the customer because our payment providers do not reimburse our business for these fees. 

Dark Regions Press, LLC only processes refunds for the following reasons (valid until 3 days after delivery of item(s) to customer):

  1. DAMAGED ITEM(S) - Take clear high-res photos of the damaged units and the original packaging/box we shipped it to you in (clearly showing the areas the box was damaged as well). We will then have you return the damaged unit(s) to us, and once verified that it is the same unit(s) shipped to you originally, a refund/replacement will be issued. 
    PLEASE NOTE: when we receive 3 or more damage complaints from the same customer within 6 months, an internal review is launched and new shipping arrangements or cancellation of customer account may result depending on the results of our internal review.
  2. WRONG ITEM(S) - if we ship you/you receive the wrong products, take clear high-res photos of the package with contents and any packing slips/invoices clearly visible. This will be cross-checked with our fulfillment team. If they confirm the wrong items were shipped to you, we will either a) have you ship the wrong items back to swap for the correct ones and/or b) have you ship the wrong items back and refund you for missing items.
    PLEASE NOTE: when we receive 3 or more wrong item complaints from the same customer within 6 months, an internal review is launched and new shipping arrangements or cancellation of customer account may result depending on the results of our internal review.
  3. PREORDER CANCEL - Preorders may be cancelled within 90 days of being placed for a full refund/credit/other products of customer choice. After 90 days from the preorder initially being placed by the customer, preorders may be cancelled for a refund via store credit/gift card. If the amount of preorders and/or preorder products to be cancelled from your account is 5 or greater we reserve the right to issue refunds for your applicable preorders over a 120 day period. 
  4. ACCOUNT CANCEL - if you violate our terms of service or our team determines that Dark Regions Press, LLC will stop doing business with you or you request for us to cancel your account or you request for us to refund 5 or more of your unfulfilled/partially fulfilled preorders/preorder products, we reserve the right to issue applicable refunds for any unfulfilled/partially fulfilled preorders/preorder products in your account where applicable over a 120 day period. 

The above-listed reasons are the only ways to receive a refund for your DarkRegions.com preorders/orders/items and are valid until 3 days after the delivery of any items to the shipping address provided by the customer.
