SEPTEMBER 1ST - SEPTEMBER 30TH: slipcase/traycase production phase.
OCTOBER 1ST - OCTOBER 31ST: shrinkwrapped deluxe editions delivered to DRP office.
NOVEMBER 1ST - NOVEMBER 30TH: shipping phase.
