Where's my order?

Orders ship once all preorder items included in the order are in-stock and shipping. To check the status of your preorder item(s) please visit the respective product pages, our Production Updates blog, our social media and e-mail newsletter. Read our Preorder Help Guide for more information. If you still can't find an update on the item(s) you ordered, please Contact Us.

I haven't received a response after using your contact form. How do I get a response?

A:

If you don't receive an answer from us within 48 business hours of contacting us via our contact form, please contact us on Facebook.

Where are payment plans?

A:

We are working on offering payment plans on the new website. For now, all existing payment plans will remain active until paid off. If you have any questions about your existing payment plan, please contact us.
