UPDATE: MADHOUSE
The binder has shipped us the campaign-exclusive signed hardcovers and deluxe leather-bound signed hardcovers! Their delivery ETA to us is: 08/15/2016. Once the books are in DRP hands we will need 3-5 business days to stage orders including the campaign-exclusive hardcover as the slipcases for the deluxe editions are made. Orders including the campaign-exclusive hardcover should thus be shipping by the end of this month/early September with deluxe editions shipping near the end of September/early October.
