UPDATE: The Wide, Carnivorous Sky Deluxe Edition
At this time we are still waiting for author John Langan to turn in the extra materials. The author is near completion of these extra materials and will most likely have them to us within the next 60 days. The book cannot enter production without these materials or the signed signature sheets, so we expect this volume to enter production in July, August or September of this year (barring any unforeseen delays with the materials or signature sheets). The book will thus likely be shipping to customers by October/November 2016.
