UPDATE: MADHOUSE
Deluxe hardcovers and campaign-exclusive signed limited editions have been received! We are currently in the process of staging campaign-exclusive signed limited edition orders as deluxe hardcovers have their slipcases made. We expect the first orders of the signed limited edition to begin shipping by the end of August. Slipcases for deluxe editions will be complete by the end of September, giving them a realistic shipping date of October 2016.
