UPDATE: I AM THE ABYSS
We are very happy to report that the printer let us know the campaign-exclusive trade paperback edition should be done the second half of February! We thought we were going to receive a full trade paperback proof by now, but they let us know it should be in a couple weeks. Once the books ship to our fulfillment manager in the 2nd half of February, he will begin prepping campaign orders and we expect paperback shipments to start in March. Retail paperbacks are expected to ship within 60 days thereafter, and hardcovers within 90 days of the retail paperbacks.
