UPDATE: The Booking by Ramsey Campbell (signed limited editions)
Production is underway and the signed limited edition (Flood Black) and deluxe slipcased hardcover (Dark Mind) is expected to be complete Summer 2017. The ultra-deluxe edition (Shadow Tome) will take an additional ~60 days and is now expected to ship in Fall 2017.
