This is another limited edition hardcover that was affected by printer/binder closures in the past 24 months, but we are happy to let our customers know that printing on this edition should start within 60 days. As soon as the gears officially start turning we'll be posting another update. Please understand that our existing printers/binders have had to take on numerous projects that were previously assigned to a few companies that unfortunately went out of business in the last 24 months.. but we're doing all we can to get these projects out to our customers as soon as possible. Watch for another update when printing starts!
