In our ongoing efforts to become the #1 source for horror, fantasy and science fiction products online we have introduced new guarantees for orders placed on DarkRegions.com moving forward. This is one of those new guarantees and is also available to read during checkout when placing an order on the website.
DarkRegions.com Order Condition Guarantee
If any product from a DarkRegions.com order is received damaged and the customer follows the below steps from our refund policy, a replacement of that item (if available) will be shipped/a fulfillment order created within 5 business days of the damaged item being received back from the customer or the customer will receive a DarkRegions.com gift certificate in equal value to that item free of charge!
REFUND/RETURN POLICY INFORMATION - DAMAGED ITEM(S) - ONLY VALID UNTIL 14 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY
Take photos of damaged units and original packaging/box we shipped it to you in (must include photos of areas the box was damaged as well). We will then have you return the damaged unit(s) to us, and once verified that it is the same unit(s) shipped to you originally, a refund/replacement will be issued. PLEASE NOTE: when we receive 3 or more damage complaints from the same customer within 6 months, an internal review is launched and new shipping arrangements or cancellation of customer account may result depending on the results of our internal review.
