Refunds to original payment methods are offered to DarkRegions.com and Dark Regions Press, LLC customers until 3 days after the item(s) have been delivered to the customer's provided shipping address for the applicable order based on the reasons listed on this page. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that Dark Regions Press, LLC has accurate and current shipping information by updating the address listed in their customer account in the MY ACCOUNT section and using the correct shipping address for each order placed.
Due to multiple occurrences of e-commerce fraud against our business, Dark Regions Press, LLC will only refund orders/preorders back to the original payment method(s) that the customer used when placing the order/preorder. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the payment method(s) is still active and available to send refunds to.
Dark Regions Press, LLC and/or any of its members/officers/workers/affiliates are not responsible for package(s) once they are in the possession of the designated mail courier (USPS/UPS/DHL etc.). If a package is delivered to the wrong address, stolen, damaged or lost as a result of actions by the mail courier(s) or customer(s), you agree that Dark Regions Press, LLC and/or any of its members/officers/workers/affiliates are not responsible.
If an order or product offering like a bundle/mystery box is partially fulfilled to the customer but the customer wants a refund, the products/items/merchandise already fulfilled to the customer must be returned to Dark Regions Press in the same condition that they were shipped to the customer before a refund can be issued. In some circumstances Dark Regions Press might arrange a partial refund/credit to the customer based on the products/items/merchandise not yet fulfilled from the order or product offering.
Under federal law and under Oregon state law, Dark Regions Press, LLC is not required to accept returns or issue refunds for any items that have been delivered for more than 3 business days. If a customer receives a damaged item(s) or wrong item(s) we encourage the customer to contact Dark Regions Press, LLC as soon as possible. We reserve the right to issue refunds for any order via gift card/store credit.
