After these packages are fulfilled, only packages with deluxe hardcovers and/or special add-ons will remain. At this time the deluxe hardcover signature sheet is still being circulated to all contributors and is expected to reach the binder by the end of May, giving the deluxe edition a realistic shipping date of Q3 2016.
