2a. If you are new to the campaign, pledge at the $66 TRADE PAPERBACK BUNDLE level or above before June 9th 11:59PM PST 2017.
2b. If you are a current campaign backer, increase/upgrade your pledge by $22 or more before June 9th 11:59PM PST 2017.
