Website Work Update
We are currently in the process of importing all Joshua Hoffine Horror Photography campaign backer orders into the DarkRegions.com website so that our customers don’t need to login to Kickstarter as a reminder of what they ordered.
This week some customers may notice other orders listed under their customer accounts from previous crowdfunding campaigns and old website orders as we’re working hard to make sure all outstanding orders placed with Dark Regions Press directly for each respective customer are listed under each respective customer account.
Soon Dark Regions Press customers won’t need to login between multiple accounts or shuffle between multiple receipts to find their orders from us, and every order placed directly with DRP will be visible at a glance under customer dashboards. This is part of our ongoing effort to improve the ordering experience with Dark Regions Press. Stay tuned for more positive changes coming soon!
