We have several customers who have preordered items via our website, campaigns, Collectors Club and more. It’s often difficult for our customers to keep track of these orders spread across various platforms.
The solution is underway: soon all orders for Dark Regions Press products whether placed through Kickstarter, a PayPal invoice or even a convention sale will be created as a new order on the DarkRegions.com website and listed under the customer’s e-mail address. If a customer account does not exist for the e-mail address an account will be manually created.
This way our customers can have one place where they can go to check the status of all their orders placed on various platforms, and DRP staff can more easily combine shipments for maximum efficiency.
More details on the revamped DRP order tracking will be released as we make progress with the transition. As always, we are constantly striving to improve our customer experience, and this new fulfillment system will consolidate all information into one place to improve accuracy, fulfillment turnaround and customer convenience.
